1) What is the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
For orders purchased via Amazon: Please contact Amazon to process your Amazon refund.
For orders purchased via the Stable the Table website: Please log into your customer account and request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it.

2) What are the shipping options?
In order to offer the most cost-effective shipping rates, we ship via 3rd party shippers and USPS (United States Postal Service) to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia.
3) Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.
4) When will I receive my order?
We will do our best to ship your order out within 2
business days of receiving your order (Monday-Friday, excluding
holidays). For more information, see our payment and shipping policy.
5) What do I do if I never received my order?
Please contact us at customerservice@StabletheTable.com. In the subject line, please type “Order Not Received”. Please include in your correspondence your name, your email contact information, and your order number or a copy of your receipt. We will research your order and contact you via email within 2 business days to give you an order status.
6) What do I do if I received a defective order?
Please contact us at customerservice@StabletheTable.com. In the subject line, please type “Defective Order Received”. Please include in your correspondence the problem with your order, your name, your email contact information, and your order number or a copy of your receipt. We will contact you via email within 2 business days.
7) How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us at customerservice@StabletheTable.com. In the subject line, please type “Order Change Request”. Please include in your correspondence the change that you wish to make with your order, your name, your email contact
information, and your order number or a copy of your receipt. We will contact
you via email as soon as possible concerning your requested change.
