Shipping policy

For all orders purchased on Amazon, please use the order tracking in your Amazon account.


FOR ORDERS PURCHASED VIA OUR SHOPIFY STORE:

You may check on your order status and history by selecting Customer Login on the main menu or clicking the following link to log in your customer account:

We use USPS and 3rd party shippers to ship our products.  Please remember that we will do our best to ship your order out within 2 business days of receiving your order (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

As part of the order and fulfillment process you will receive 3 email confirmations from Stable the Table:

1. After placing an order online, you will receive an email confirmation that an order is placed pending fulfillment and shipping.
2. After the order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order is on its way.
3. After the order has been delivered, you will receive an email confirming delivery of your order.

In the unlikely event that your item is delayed, lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at customerservice@StabletheTable.com so that we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
